Return & Refund Policy

At Bliss & Tallow, we take great care in crafting products that meet the highest standards of quality and freshness. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns

We accept returns only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unopened and unused
  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or an error was made with the order.

Opened Products

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale

All purchases are considered final sale after opening or use.
