The practice

A simple daily ritual

This is a self-guided ritual that takes about 10–20 minutes. It can be done at any time of day, as long as you are in a space where you will not be interrupted.

There is nothing to perform. Nothing to get right. Just space… and your willingness to slow down and be with your body.

Inspired by tantric principles, this practice honors the body as a gateway to presence, awareness, and deeper connection.

Move slowly through these steps. Let this be a practice of presence, not performance.

Create Sacred Space

Begin by opening your ritual space.

Light your candle to set the container and invite presence.

Light the copal incense to cleanse the energy around you and within you.

Choose your soundscape—play the Bliss Body playlist or enter into silence.

Take 2–3 deep, conscious breaths.

Let this be the moment you transition out of ordinary life and into ritual.

Open with your mantra:
I am perfect beauty. I am.

Then gently name your intention for this practice.

Let your words be a prayer, and your presence be the offering.

Anoint the Body in Loving Awareness

Begin applying the Bliss & Tallow slowly and with intention.

Move with tenderness.

Go slow… and then slower.

As you touch your body, bring your awareness to the part of you that is receiving.

Listen. Feel. Notice what each part of your body wants or needs, and meet it with care.

Let your touch be loving, present, and complete.

Include every inch of your body.

Nothing is left out of your awareness—your face, your breasts, your belly, your hips, your yoni, your legs, your feet, your hands.

Where it is easy to stay present, soften into it.

Where it is harder, pause there. Breathe there. Stay until loving awareness returns.

This is the practice.

Close the Ritual

When you feel complete, begin to close the ritual.

Light the palo santo and allow the space to gently shift.

Take a moment to acknowledge what has been activated within you.

The softness. The presence. The connection.

Offer gratitude—to yourself, to your body, and to this time you have created.

Take one deep breath of appreciation.

Extinguish the candle, trusting that the ritual continues to live within you.

If you feel called, take a few minutes to journal what you noticed, felt, or received.
